Vedasara devi dasi (Masley Yahya)

E-RYT 500, Yoga Assistant at Gokul Yoga and Visiting Teacher at Gokul Yoga Bali

Deep love and appreciation for yoga developed out of her journey through injury and maintaining mental wellbeing. Believes that practising yoga on and off the mat has the power to move towards personal transformation, mindfulness, acceptance, and both physical and emotional healing as well as developing resilience. Her practice is influenced by classical yoga covering Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga currently taught by Mahayogi Jani Jantinen of Gokul Yoga. Teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga which are alignment-based so no matter the pace of the practice the mind finds quiet strength in becoming aware of the rhythm of the body. A Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and background in Community and Clinical Psychology she hopes to share her knowledge in using yoga as a complementary toolkit in managing stress, anxiety and depression.  Namaste
